Just a reminder: The first step in trouble shooting any iPad issues is making sure the students have logged into the Rocket. The Rocket login is set to retain login information for five (5) days, so in theory students should only need to log in once per week. But, they may loose their connection if they take their iPad home, or if they log in at another building.
